Tracy J. Bell

Executive Director

Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management from Harrison College and has earned a Certificate in Fund Raising Management from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. She has an extensive background in nonprofit leadership, community engagement, and financial management, and brings a wealth of experience and passion to the organization. Most recently she served as the Executive Director of the DeKalb County Council on Aging where her leadership has made a significant impact in Dekalb County.

Kowen Grogg

Marketing Coordinator & Office Manager

Kowen is a lifelong resident of DeKalb County, graduated from DeKalb High School in 2017, and holds a degree in Human Service. Her commitment to the DeKalb community blossomed during her four-year tenure at the YMCA of DeKalb County. With a deep appreciation for small businesses, Kowen was influenced by her family’s ownership and operation of Tom’s Donuts of Auburn for 17 years. She thrives in roles that facilitate pubic interaction, driven by her profound passion for connecting with others.
