Jodi serves as the community liaison/recruiter for Heidtman Steel Products in Butler, Indiana. She brings with her an extensive background involving strategic business development, recruiting/onboarding relations, DEI and instilling the art of a moral compass and open mind to cultivate a healthy workplace environment. Even more, she enjoys every moment of leveraging that dynamicity to not just exceed organization objectives but do so all while propelling various community initiatives forward along the way.

Jodi currently serves on the board of the Dekalb County Visitor’s Bureau where she is also the Commission Treasurer, The Butler Main Street Association, and most recently the Dekalb Chamber Partnership. Jodi is also an active volunteer/supporter of The Butler Parks and Recreation Board. In her spare time, Jodi fulfills her passion for nature by partaking in various outdoor sports such as kayaking, hiking, biking and boating.
