AUBURN – Beacon Credit Union recently donated $1,000 to Auburn Main Street.

“Auburn Main Street's mission is to collaborate with its community to be an economic driver by promoting, advancing, and preserving a vibrant historic downtown that is welcome for all. A vibrant downtown is a big component of quality of life and quality of place serving as a destination that offers employment opportunities, consumer opportunities as well as social interaction and engagement,” Auburn W. 7th Street Member Center Manager Dawn Pruitt said.

“It feels great to support Auburn Main Street because their initiatives have helped them become a Nationally Accredited Main Street in 2024, which allows them to have access to more regional and statewide programs and will help them improve our community,” Pruitt exclaimed.  “Beacon Credit Union and Auburn Main Street's visions are very similar as we both look to improve the communities that we serve.”

This donation will go towards the 2025 Art Sponsorship for Second Saturday Events with Auburn Main Street.
